There will be a $125CAD ($88USD) event fee associated with this event. The fee is per person. Attendees under 16 are free.
The event fee covers venue costs, special event insurance, entry into a sweet door prize (a full set of Bullite Sabre Beadlock Wheels!) and catered meals. We plan to provide breakfast on Saturday, dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. We are also seeing if we can arrange something for lunch on Saturday but have not finalized those details yet. There will also be other treats and beverages available throughout the event at no cost. We have worked with our partners to keep costs as low as possible without compromising quality.
There will also be fees associated with accommodations if you plan on staying at Minden Off-Road Park (which we highly recommend as that’s where all the action will be). The fees to stay at the park will be the same as they are on any other given day.
There are a variety of accommodation options to suit every budget.
Below is a basic map of the park layout that will help you choose a site when booking.
If you have a bigger trailer setup then you will want to try and book a site closer to the main road near the entrance.
MORE INFO:
Come out for the weekend and join in on the fun.
The focus of this event is community building and just having a good time with like minded people. Come out, join us for some technical SXS trail riding, rock crawling and good times.
We expect there will be a variety of group rides on Saturday and Sunday (more details coming soon). Both day and night riding is available at the park. There are also hundred of miles of public trails in the surrounding areas which link directly to the trails at Minden Off-Road Park.
We will be filming content all weekend so if you’ve wanted to ride with us or be part of the videos this is a great chance for that. There will be catered meals on Saturday (more details coming) and breakfast on Sunday. Door prizes, raffles, and tons of awesome giveaways. Merchandise, swag and custom event merch will be available for purchase and is a great way to show your support and help support the event. This weekend is a guaranteed good time, make sure you are ready to party, you won’t wanna miss this.
This event will proceed rain or shine, prepare for the weather because as you likely know, we ride no matter what mother nature throws our way.
WANT TO STAY LONGER? NO PROBLEM, WE WILL BE!
If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer that’s fine. Once you register for the event all you will need to do is send a copy of your event payment confirmation to the team at Minden Off-Road Park (info@morp.ca) and let them know when you would like to arrive and leave. They will happily extend your stay. You do not need to pre-pay for an extended stay, payments for any extra days will be made on site before you leave. We will likely be staying until June 11th. If you want to join us on some additional rides or just hang out then we recommend staying later not coming earlier. We will be setting up Thursday but don’t plan to start the event until Friday. Usually on day one we ride the local Minden Off-Road Park trails and do a night ride. Then the main event will be Saturday. If you stay all day Sunday there will be lots of people still riding so you can join up with us or another group. We plan to do the same on Monday and Tuesday. For Monday and Tuesday we will play it by ear based on how many people are still there and what everyone wants to do. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will be more laid back and unplanned, kind of like our usual rides you would see in the YouTube videos. The only real goal of this entire event is to have a good time with good people. We hope this is the first of many fun events we plan into the future.
PLEASE respect the park, everyone there and the local community. We want to be welcomed back in the future so don’t cause problems by being reckless or you can ruin it for all of us. Let me be blunt, if you act like an ass you will be asked to leave, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
After you register and pay you will receive an e-mail with a liability waiver. Everyone who attends the event MUST sign the liability waiver, including minors (parent/guardian signature). If you are bringing children or anyone under the age of 18 they must be supervised at all times. This is a family friendly event and we encourage you to bring your families. You will not receive an event wristband until your electronic waiver is signed. Please have these done before you arrive.
ARE YOU COMING FROM THE UNITED STATES?
If so don’t stress, it’s easy. As you know we travel between Canada and the United States to ride often. You will need a passport to cross the border. Your machines need to be clean and free of any mud or soil contamination. You need a copy of your deed or ownership for any vehicles. If they ask where you are going you just tell them you are going to an off-road trail riding event. If they ask for details for any reason you can show them this website (they likely won’t ask). Be respectful and answer all questions they ask, it’s their job to ask a lot of questions. DO NOT BRING ANY FIREARMS ACCROSS THE BORDER. Do not bring any weapons. If you have an federal felonies on your record that have not been cleared up you may be refused entry into Canada. If you have any past incidents that concern you please call the border patrol in Canada to clarify if you need to do anything specific and whether you will be allowed entry. If you want alcohol check online for how much you are allowed to bring, it’s usually one bottle of liquor or 24 regular sized beers per adult 19+ as long as you stay over 48 hours. If you have any prescription medications make sure your legal name matching your official ID is on the containers and everything is up to date. This is especially important if you are on any sort of prescription narcotics. If possible it wouldn’t be a bad idea to have a copy of the prescription from your doctor in this situation. Your US credit cards and debit cards will work fine here, I do suggest to always travel with some cash though, US or Canadian currency is fine. If you are bringing a dog make sure you have all shots up to date and paper work to prove it. Please look online on the border website to confirm what you would need. When it’s time to go home all of the same applies. Make sure your machines are rinsed off and free of any excess mud or debris. They do not have to be spotless, they just don’t want mud all over them. It has to do with soil contamination and prevention of spreading invasive species between different geographical locations.
